The Marine Corps is known for its ability to overcome obstacles and assault the objective in every clime and place.

And, only a small percentage of those are proud enough to say that they were hired. The reason for getting the interview was how well they presented themselves on paper, their resume package.
The Marine Corps has two missions - to make Marines and win battles.
