We have immediate openings for talented and compassionate career coaches to sell resume writing and career coaching services to military veterans, civilians and federal government employees. Prior military and/or federal government experience is required and a strong understanding of military performance evaluations such as NCOERs, EPRs, OPRs, FitReps, annual federal performance evaluations and job descriptions is essential. Knowledge of the federal hiring process and military hierarchy is preferred.

Qualifications: Min 5-years experience in recruiting, operations management, human resources, and/or career coaching. A strong administrative and/or technical background is preferred. We require expert communication skills and a strong proficiency in MS-Office. You must possess exceptional customer service and research skills, as well as a strong desire to help others achieve their career marketing goals. Recruiting experience is preferred.

Compensation: $25,000 to $60,000 (part-time and full-time)

We have immediate openings for talented writers with prior military and/or federal government experience writing performance evaluations such as NCOERs, EPRs, OPRs, FitReps, annual federal performance evaluations and job descriptions. Knowledge of the federal hiring process and military hierarchy is preferred.
This is an excellent opportunity for Military Veterans, Military Spouses, or Federal Employees retiring and/or changing careers. Work 20 to 40+ hours per week and choose your own hours. This position offers unlimited earning potential.
A strong corporate, administrative and/or technical background is preferred. We require expert command of the English language, creative writing skills, and highly proficiency in MS-Office. You must possess exceptional customer service and communication skills, as well as a strong desire to help others achieve their career marketing goals.
Complete our 3 to 6 month extensive training program and work on or off-site with total corporate training and support -- leading to professional certification.
